Other RYA Courses

Although not carried out by ourselves, a wider range of RYA practical sailing and shorebased courses are available on Lanzarote with our friends Stephanie and Keith Charlton at Endeavour Sailing who are also based in Puerto Calero Marina.

Endeavour Sailing offer world class instruction in teaching RYA sailing courses and, being based in Lanzarote, the surrounding islands of the Canaries provide an unrivalled location to learn to sail. The Atlantic Ocean offers a good breeze and tidal sailing for those looking for those qualifications.

What distinguishes Endeavour Sailing from other sailing schools is their commitment to excellence. Their sailing courses ensure that clients get the most from their time with them and they provide clean, well equipped boats, which include radios, CD players , DVD players & Flat screen TV’s. They also provide clean, fresh bedding, bath & hand towels, wet weather gear, life jackets and two home cooked meals with wine for the evenings along with all lunches & breakfasts. All  mooring fees are included in the course fees; all you have to pay for are your drinks and meals ashore. You also have access to a private swimming pool when ashore.

 Endeavour Sailing have a wide range of courses available from sailing theory courses, one day sail courses, adventure breaks, mile building courses, fast track sailing courses, all carried out in tidal waters. Also on offer are skippered charters for family sailing holidays, or friends just wanting to escape.
 

Two very popular 1 day specialist short courses which can be combined with our own RYA Level 1 & 2 powerboating courses are the  VHF Marine Radio (SRC) and First-Aid courses.
